I stayed at Hometowne Studios for a few nights. The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff at the front desk were friendly. The location is convenient, close enough to places I wanted to visit. I appreciated having a full-size fridge and a stovetop in my room, which made it easier to prepare some meals. The Wi-Fi worked well enough for my needs. However, the room needed serious cleaning attention. there were hairs in the sink, and the towels were thin and not very absorbent. I found the atmosphere a bit sketchy, and there was a noticeable odor in the hallway that lingered into my room. The loud noises from the trains nearby made it hard to sleep at night. Overall, while there were some positives, the cleanliness and comfort of the room left a lot to be desired.

My wife says that they need to improve room cleaning for families with children.

Clean and functional, but needs improvements
I stayed for 7 nights in a Studio Queen Room Non-Smoking, and I appreciated the convenient amenities like a full-size fridge and decent Wi-Fi. The location was ideal for my travels, but the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. there were stains on the mattress and dirt on the floors. The staff were helpful, but I encountered issues with room service during my stay.

The location is super convenient near the airport. The wifi was decent during my stay. Luckily, I had the chance to grab a room without a bad smell, but finding a clean space was a challenge. Just keep an eye out for potential bugs.

missingWrote a review on Jul 10broken lock
Right off the bat, the lock on my room was broken, which left me feeling anything but safe. I also faced a headache with the key cards. multiple attempts were needed just to get in one night, then the Wi-Fi struggled, making it hard to connect for more than a few minutes. To top it off, I found some peculiar stains on the bedding that socked it to my peace of mind. It was disappointing to see that housekeeping seemed to only tackle cleanings every month, which felt like a gamble on cleanliness, and I was told maintenance wasn’t available for any room issues during my stay.

really needs improvement
The kitchenette was convenient with a microwave and refrigerator. Air conditioning was decent but the room had deep cleanliness issues with dirt on walls and floors. WiFi was okay and there was cable TV available. The security felt lacking, and the overall atmosphere was uninviting. Definitely room for major upgrades here.
